Clint has dedicated over two decades to the game in Alberta as both a player and coach, and holds a CSA Children’s Diploma, CSA C Diploma, and CONCACAF B Diploma.
A product of Alberta’s development system, Clint progressed from grassroots soccer in Okotoks to Tier 1 competition in Calgary, representing Alberta at Canada Soccer Youth Nationals and gaining international experience competing in Europe and South America.
Clint’s coaching experience is rooted in high-performance youth development environments. He has worked with the Vancouver Whitecaps Alberta Academy Centre, contributed to the Alberta South Whitecaps FC Girls Prospects program, and served as Head Coach of the 2025/26 Whitecaps Girls “Caps to College” program.
In addition to his role at MRU, Clint serves as Grassroots Director with New Frontier Soccer Club, where he leads program design and coach development across the foundational stages.
Clint’s coaching approach is built on creating competitive, accountable environments that drive player motivation, while developing tactically intelligent players capable of making effective decisions under pressure.
