Booking Calvin for your Event
Interested in having Calvin attend your event? Calvin the Cougar is available for special guest appearances at a variety of events throughout Calgary. To request a booking, please complete our
Mascot Booking Request Form at least four (4) weeks prior to your event date. Emailed requests without a completed Request Form will not be considered. Please note that submitting a request form does not guarantee Calvin’s appearance. A member of our team will contact you to confirm availability.
IMPORTANT: An appearance fee applies for all Calvin bookings. This fee helps offset the ongoing costs associated with mascot maintenance, travel, cleaning, and repairs. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Booking Terms and Conditions
All bookings are subject to availability. Once you have completed the booking form, a member of our team will be in contact with you to confirm Calvin’s attendance. Completing the form does not guarantee Calvin’s appearance.
All bookings will be required to complete a booking agreement.
