Biography
2012-13
Driscoll began her career at Olds College in the ACAC. In her rookie season she played all 20 games for the Broncos averaging 8.3 points per game and 3.8 rebounds per game. At the end of the season, Driscoll transferred to Mount Royal University.
2013-14
In her first season of CIS basketball, Driscoll established herself as a hard-nosed competitor. Appearing in all 20 of Mount Royal’s games, Driscoll averaged 4.9 points per game in 26.7 minutes of floor time. By the second semester, Angela drew into the starting lineup and was in the starting five on eight occasions.
2014-15
Driscoll was one of only two upperclassmen on the 2014-15 roster. Arguably the team’s best leader on and off the court, Driscoll used this rebuilding season as a chance to mentor some of the younger players. She is known as a relentless defender and is often praised for her hard work. Driscoll led the Cougars in minutes played per game with 28.5 was third on the Cougars in points per game on with 8.5.
2015-16
Driscoll had her best campaign as a Cougar in 2015-16. She led all Cougars in points per game (9.2), minutes played (29.5) and steals (3.2). Driscoll has the best steals per game average in Canada West and was named the women’s basketball MVP on Cougar night.
