Biography

2013-14 

After a stellar junior career that saw him named the CJHL Player of the Year, the Lacombe, Alberta native headed east to play for the University of New Brunswick Varsity Reds. In 28 games with the Varsity Reds Maclise scored only one goal and had nine points. At the end of the season, Maclise transferred to Mount Royal.

2014-15

Forced to sit out the entire season because of his transfer, Maclise was able to play for the Bentley Generals of the Chinook Senior Men’s League. He set the league ablaze notching 30 points in just 19 games. He led the Generals all the way to the Allan Cup final where they were eventually ousted by the South East Prairie Thunder. Maclise was named to the Allan Cup First All-Star Team. 

2015-16

Cam Maclise had a breakout season in 2015-16, asserting himself as one of the best players in the country. After a slow start to the year, Maclise exploded in the second half of the season registering 29 points in 28 games. He led the team in goals (14) and was second in almost every other statistical category.
