Mount Royal University Cougars Athletics & Recreation

Tessa Kreiger serves as the Events & Engagement Supervisor for Cougars Athletics & Recreation at Mount Royal University. In this role, she is responsible for planning and executing a variety of events that enhance the student-athlete experience and foster community engagement. 

Prior to her position at MRU, she worked for Golf Canada, with a focus on creating opportunities for youth to experience the sport of golf through special events and programs. 

Tessa holds a degree in Human Kinetics, Sport Management from the University of Windsor, and a post-graduate certificate in Event Management from St. Clair College. During her time at Windsor, she was a member of the Lancers women's basketball program, where she contributed to the team's success from 2011–2014. Her background in athletics, combined with her passion for creating memorable experiences, makes her a valuable asset to the Cougars Athletics & Recreation team.
