Shayna Erwin began her career with Mount Royal University in 2022, joining Cougars Athletics and Recreation in a customer service role before progressing into her current position as Procurement and Finance Administrator. After earning her Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Royal University in June 2026, Shayna transitioned into her current position, combining her business education with hands-on experience to support the department’s operational and financial success.

Passionate about health, fitness and organizational efficiency, Shayna brings a detail-oriented and service-focused approach to her work. She is committed to streamlining workflows, optimizing procurement processes and supporting effective financial operations, while helping create exceptional and inclusive experiences for students, colleagues and facility members across the university.
