Randy Bardock brings a wealth of experience from university, provincial, and community soccer. Bardock previously spent more than three decades leading the University of Lethbridge men’s soccer program, where he was widely recognized for his commitment to student-athlete development and inclusive team culture. His coaching background also includes work with Alberta Provincial Teams and the Whitecaps Academy. Bardock adds extensive leadership, mentorship, and high-performance experience to the Cougars women’s soccer staff.
