Neil Carr joined Mount Royal University in April 2024 as the Customer Experience Coordinator. He holds certifications in Standard First Aid and CPR from the Red Cross, equipping him with the skills necessary to ensure safety and excellent service for the university community. From 2004 to 2006, Neil worked as a Customer Service Representative – the very role he now oversees – giving him first hand insight into the frontline experience. This background has honed his ability to support and lead his team effectively. Neil is dedicated to enhancing the overall experience of everyone involved with Cougars Athletics and Recreation.
