Natalie Doucette

Natalie Doucette is a bilingual Registered Psychologist and Certified Mental Performance Consultant with extensive experience supporting athletes and teams across all levels of sport. Her work includes supporting national teams such as Bobsleigh Canada and Alpine Canada through her role with the Canadian Sport Institute Alberta. She currently serves as a Mental Performance Consultant for Team Alberta in preparation for the 2027 Canada Winter Games and works with high-performance athletes through the Canadian Centre for Mental Health in Sport.

Most recently, Natalie was appointed as the National Clinical Mental Health Lead for the Canadian Olympic Committee, further solidifying her leadership in the field of sport psychology. She is also actively involved in professional advocacy and development as the Alberta Representative for the Canadian Sport Psychology Association.

Natalie is excited to bring her skills and experience to the Cougars, enhancing the athletics program through both individual and team-based mental performance services.
