Jamie Lalor joined Mount Royal University Athletics and Recreation as a Digital Media Coordinator in June 2025, supporting the creation of engaging content and enhancing the department’s online presence. A graduate of MRU’s Physical Literacy program with a minor in Sport Management, she combines a strong understanding of athlete development with experience in sport operations and marketing. Prior to MRU, Jamie worked with the Sylvan Lake Gulls on their social media team, where she collaborated with the Director of Social Media and Brand Development to drive fan engagement across multiple platforms. She created game-day graphics and in-game content, responded to fan interactions, and contributed to digital strategies to grow the team’s online presence.
