Originally born in Minden, Germany, Donata Huebert has played with the German Junior National Team as well as professionally in Germany, France and Denmark.

Donata earned a Bachelor of Physical Education and a Bachelor of Education Degree at Brandon University. In her 4 years of playing at Brandon University she was named the Canada West and U SPORTS Libero of the Year three times, four times First or Second Team All Star as well as a four time Academic All-Canadian.

In her coaching career Donata has worked as both a head coach and assistant coach professionally in Denmark. Most recently she worked as an assistant coach with the University of Winnipeg Wesmen men’s team.
