In the end, the success of this season for the women’s soccer team cannot be overstated. Battling through injuries and leaning on a new wave of players to step into expanded roles, the group grew into one of the most successful teams in the conference. Guided by a strong core that embraced added responsibility, they established a standard of play that not only defined this year, but set a foundation the program can build on for years to come.
