Women's Hockey: #10
The Mount Royal women's hockey team entered the U SPORTS national top 10 rankings for the first time after sweeping the Manitoba Bisons at home. With their two wins last weekend, the Cougars improved to 6-2-0 on the year. They are currently first place in the East Division.

Men's Volleyball: #6
The Cougars men's volleyball continued their undefeated streak with two wins against the Saskatchewan Huskies. After a tough season last year, Mount Royal has come out blazingly hot to start the 2025-26 and have put the rest of the country on notice. They look to keep their excellent playing going next weekend when the visit the defending U SPORTS national champion Brandon Bobcats.
