#26 Jared Power - Jared Power is parting ways with the Mount Royal Cougars after three successful seasons as a forward. In his 17 games played, Jared has achieved 11 points (4G-7A). The Mount Royal Cougars would like to thank and congratulate Jared as he graduates with his business degree and continues on to work hard on the ice and in his community.
#24 Kade Jensen -
Kade Jensen has contributed five years to the Mount Royal Cougars men's hockey team. Over this time, he has accumulated 15 points (4G-11A) in 97 games played. Kade was also awarded the Academic All-Canadian Award from U SPORTS in 2019, 20 and 22 by maintaining a GPA at or higher than 3.4 as a full-time student athlete. Kade is continuing on to graduate soon with a business degree. The Mount Royal Cougars would like to thank Kade for his time on the team and congratulate him on his success.
#23 Nolan Yaremko - The Mount Royal Cougars would like to thank #23 forward
Nolan Yaremko for his time on the Mount Royal Cougars men's hockey team. Nolan has played for MRU for four seasons while performing exceptionally each season. Nolan has been named Canada West Male Hockey Player of the Week numerous times in his career, while also achieving the Al Bonohus Player of the Year, Cougars men's hockey Most Valuable Player, Canada West Player of the Year and U SPORTS Player of the Year in the 2020-21 season. He also earned Academic All-Canadian status in 2021 and 2022. Throughout his 67 career games played, the team's current captain has accumulated 94 points (40G-54A). We wish Nolan good luck in his future as he goes on to graduate with a business degree.
#11 Andrew Fyten -
Andrew Fyten has been with the Mount Royal Cougars men's hockey team for the past four seasons putting up an impressive point total. Throughout his 52 career games played, he has obtained 32 points (12G-20A). Andrew's effort off the ice have also been recognized through his Academic All-Canadian honour in 2019-20. The Mount Royal Cougars wish Andrew luck as he is now on his way to graduate with a business degree. Thank you for all that you have done for the team.
