Coach's Quote

Godi is a great addition to our program. He is a fairly raw recruit with significant upside. We were blown away by his work ethic and willingness to learn last summer at our camp. With his length and work ethic we think he can develop into a strong middle blocker in Canada West. His effort and dedication to academics fit the culture of our program. – Head Coach Shawn Sky

The reason why I chose Mount Royal because of hard work ethic each player possesses and Shawn Sky's reputation of push the athlete to the best not just in volleyball, but in life as well.  Furthermore, they have a great undergrad focus which is important to me as I want to do well academically.  I'm very excited to be a part of amazing program. – Godi Jibi
